Overview
The Northern Circuit is the longest and most spectacular route on Kilimanjaro. By traversing nearly the entire mountain, it offers 360-degree views and the best acclimatization profile of all routes. With 9 days on the mountain, your chances of reaching the summit are incredibly high (near 98%).
This route takes you away from the crowds, crossing the high alpine desert on the northern slopes, offering a true sense of wilderness and isolation before joining the main trail for the summit push.
